Job Decription This position works closely with other IREG teammates, as part of specific deal teams consisting of other Associates, Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers to provide portfolio management, market analysis, and financial underwriting for credit transactions. As an Analyst, you will work to develop a detailed working knowledge of underwriting parameters and the working relationship between balance sheet lending and off- balance sheet financing options and utilize internal modeling for risk ratings and return hurdles on all loan approvals. This function will include direct communication with the IREG team, internal product partners, Borrowers, and Prospects. Analysts are expected to work in the office most days and occasional travel may also be required.
